Introduction
As an expansion of my role as Sr. Director Product Experience at data.ai, I took on responsibility for the product management and strategic direction of our product-led growth initiatives, encompassing a range of efforts including our inbound app data marketing pages, product-led free trial, and driving inbound product qualified leads. This case study explores the strategic initiatives undertaken to maximize the effectiveness of our free trial and unlock new revenue potential. Through collaborative execution, these initiatives have resulted in a 57% increase in new user trials, increased revenue pipeline of over $2MM, better new user activation and driving 2-times more engagement across our free prooducts.
